Participation Procedures

We will book the stands according to the request from exhibitors, but we reserve the right to adjust the stands due to the final arrangement from the organizers.

All fees should be paid within 7 days after the stands have confirmed, or you will be treated as abort the exhibit and no fee will be refunded.

Please note：NO fees will be refunded if the clients decided to cancel the trip after application. Due to the limit amount of the stands, we will confirm your stands after we receive your application form and payment.
